ABOUT ANNA
Anna Thomason was born and raised in South Carolina. She began study piano at age 8, and quickly realized she had a love and passion for music picking up trumpet, mellophone and eventually french horn. French horn became her instrument of focus in high school and she toured in many groups including Carolina Youth Symphony and Carolina Crown Drum and bugle corp. She attended Indiana university and graduated with a bachelors in performance in 2013. During her undergrad she realized her passion for the art extended beyond music to visual arts as well and she has been developing and refining her skill as a painter and visual artist for over 10 years. She studied vocals during college and began singing in a band after her undergraduate. She has been teaching vocals and piano around the Chicago area since she moved here in 2022 and continues writing her own music and exhibiting her art work around the area.
In her down time she loves to travel, read and be in nature as much as possible.
