These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Twelve Tone Music School website (twelvetonemusicschool.com) and the music programs, classes, and lessons we offer at our studio in Glenview, Illinois. By using our website, registering for a program, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Registration for paid classes, lessons, and bands is completed through our scheduling and billing partner, Schedule Hub. When you click any "Book a Trial," "Get Started," or "Book a Class" link on our site, you'll be taken to the Schedule Hub platform to complete enrollment. Your use of Schedule Hub is subject to Schedule Hub's own terms of service and privacy policy.

A parent or legal guardian must complete enrollment for any student under 18. By enrolling a student, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to register the student.

Tuition, billing cycles, makeup-lesson policies, and cancellation terms for each program are presented at the time of enrollment in Schedule Hub. By completing enrollment, you authorize the payment method on file to be charged according to the billing schedule for the program you've selected.

Free trial classes are exactly that — free. No credit card is required to book a trial, and no commitment is implied by attending one.

Information you provide through our website or during enrollment is collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We may share information with trusted service providers (such as Schedule Hub) who help us deliver our programs, and only to the extent necessary to do so.

Twelve Tone Music School is a shared, family-friendly space. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to:

• •Arrive on time for classes and lessons and pick students up promptly afterward
• •Care for school-provided instruments and equipment
• •Notify us as far in advance as possible when a student will miss a lesson

Twelve Tone Music School reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove a student from a class, lesson, or band for repeated violations of these policies or for conduct that disrupts other students' ability to learn.

From time to time, Twelve Tone Music School may photograph or record performances, rehearsals, and classes for promotional or educational use on our website, social media, and printed materials. Parents and guardians may opt out of having their student appear in any such media by notifying us in writing at info@twelvetonemusicschool.com.

The content on twelvetonemusicschool.com — including text, photos, video, logos, and the Twelve Tone brand — is the property of Twelve Tone Music School and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.
