Twelve Tone was founded by John Lonergan when his attempts to find quality engaging music lessons was nearly impossible. John is also the founder of Big Blue Swim School and has brought his experience and expertise to the chaotic and broken music school industry.
A new approach
Thirty-minute private lessons aren't effective for beginning students. Our 60-minute labs program is a much better option, as proven by the satisfaction of kids and parents alike.

At Twelve Tone, we have developed a unique program designed for students aged 4 and older. Kicking things off with our playful introduction to music through Little Tones, advancing to our innovative lab classes, and culminating in our premier band experience, Pro Tones.
