Accessing your account for the first time

This is a step by step guide to getting access to your iClassPro account.

  • Step 1: Get your account password

  • Step 2: Download and Setup of the Mobile APP

    To download the app

    1. Go to the parent portal home and select download
    2. Download and open the app on your phone
    3. Enter "twelvetonemusicschool" as the organization
    4. Select the location you attend (if both select simply select one you attend most)
  • Step 3: Use your email and password to log in

    After you have recieved a passord and set up the app you can log in

    1. Select Log In
    2. Select your location
    3. Enter email and password
    4. Agree to waiver and policies

Scheduling and Billing

    Please note that we only accept credit or debit cards. We do not accept cash or check payments.

    1. Log into the app
    2. Select Account
    3. Scroll down to the "PAYMENT INFO" section
    4. Select "Add Payment Info"
    5. Enter Credit or Debit card informaiton and submit

    To book a class go to the bookings page:

    1. Select: Bookings
    2. Select: Students
    3. Select: Class (optional: use filters for day, program)
    4. Select your enrollment then checkout
  • Transfering your weekly class to a new time

    Transfer your class to a new permanent weekly time:

    1. Select: Account
    2. Select: Enrollments
    3. Select: Transfer Enrollment
    4. Select: New weekly time
    5. Submit

    You are allowed 1 make-up lesson per month per class and can schedule makeups 8 days from the current date.

    1. Select: Account
    2. Select: Attendance
    3. Select: Absences / Makeups
    4. Select: Request Makeup
    5. Select: Class and Submit
  • How to let us know you are missing a class

    You can use the absensces feature to let us know that you will be missing a class for any reason.

    1. Select: Account
    2. Select Attendance
    3. Select Absences / Makeups
    4. Click on the Absences Tab
    5. Select the date(s) of the absence and submit
